VAE have been contracted by Hutchies for the Design & Construction of the Mechanical Services for the 24,000 sqm, 15 level, PCA A-Grade commercial office building, due for completion in April 2023. The building’s environmental credentials will target a 5 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS energy rating.
The building has a striking dual frontage glass façade and will have flexible floorplates ranging from 1300 sqm to 1500 sqm. Tenants will enjoy a number of innovative features including a rooftop bar to create a highly desirable place to work.
