VAE Group are thrilled to have been selected to deliver the mechanical services for Hutchinson Builders on West Village Stage 3 at West End in Brisbane. Stage 3 continues on from our work on West Village Stage 2 where VAE undertook the mechanical services on the 55,000 sq metre car park.
The 2.6-hectare masterplanned West Village site features the heritage-listed former Peters Ice Cream Factory as its centerpiece. Contemporary residences, townhomes, heritage residences, green spaces, restaurants, and cafes are all linked together by enticing laneways.
The third phase of the West Village involves:
- West Villages anchor tenancy Woolworths, featuring premium meat and specialty cheese rooms, an artesian-style bakery, in-store sushi and healthy bites
- 1500m2 fresh food market housed within the iconic Peters Ice Cream Factory
- Major fitness, gym and lifestyle operator
- Innovative leisure and health club facility
