Developed across two connected buildings, this seven story 34,000sqm commercial office building will include rooftop solar panels and a highly efficient glazing system which will enable a 5 Star GreenStar and 5 Star NABERS Energy rating at completion. The striking new building also includes a feature curved, 25 metre-high frontage to Vernon Circle with a double-height colonnade and textured louvre screen. Construction is expected to be completed in first half of 2023.
