Manunda Place is the first major project Select Services has undertaken with Hutchinson Builders in the Northern Territory. Select were contracted to provide design and construction of the mechanical services for this PCA A-grade office accommodation that is occupied by the NT Government.
Construction of the nine-storey building on the corner of Knuckey and Cavenagh Streets started in January 2019 and was completed in September 2020.
The project includes major central plant located on the rooftop, serving the floors as well as the construction of a five-level multi-storey carpark on Litchfield Street.
As proud Territorians, Select Services are thrilled to be involved in the first major office building project in the past two years in Darwin, and we look forward to working closely with Hutchies on future projects in the Territory.
