The Burralga Yumba Student Accommodation is now open to students ready to commence semester one in the coming weeks.
Burralga Yumba holds more than 400 students in contemporary, affordable accommodation. The 10,000m2 building includes study bedrooms in group share configurations, ensuited bedrooms, high quality communal facilities and centralised self-catered master chef kitchen and dining space.
VAE delivered the supply, installation, and commissioning of the mechanical services on the seven-storey building. Our scope of work included the individual student room air conditioning, and well as general building air conditioning and preconditioning systems. The building is served from the central chilled campus water system.
