During his studies he was enthused by, and excelled in, Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics (Transcript available on request).
For his thesis project he worked in collaboration with the University of Otago Department of Anatomy to build a pneumatic impactor rig to test the high-speed fracture mechanics of cranial bone.
Jack has become a highly regarded member of the VAE team over the past year, and we were all extremely proud to watch his graduation ceremony via live stream from the comfort of the Christchurch office.
