The mechanical services consist of two Mitsubishi climaveneta chillers and one Fantech Air Handling Unit to condition the office area, including providing temporary packaged units to condition the space while the site awaits the delivery of the new chillers, to allow fitout to continue. The new state of the art, 5-star NABERS rated office and warehouse will be approximately 1500sqm and will be APA’s centre for operations in Darwin.
