VAE are proud to confirm that 900 Ann Street has reached a Base Building NABERS Energy rating of 5.5 Stars for the 2019 -2020 rating period.
The 900 Ann Street Base Building rating target aimed for 5.0 stars and we are thrilled that the building has achieved the 5.5 Star rating for Charter Hall.
Hutchison Builders were engaged to build the 15-Level, 19980 m2 PCA A-Grade commercial building for Charter Hall and Consolidated Properties.
VAE were engaged on a design and construct basis for the Base Building Mechanical Services , and construct only for the integrated fit-out, and have been maintaining the building since construction was complete late in 2018.
The improvement in energy rating over the construction target is a result of the continual hard work by the Building Managers, CBRE, ESCO Energy Solutions, Hutchinson’s and VAE. Together we have been continually tuning the operation of the mechanical services to optimise energy usage.
